The Municipality of Bonne-Espérance is a government organization dedicated to the governance and administration of the communities of Vieux-Fort, Rivière-Saint-Paul, and Middle Bay. Its responsibilities include, but are not limited to, areas such as economic development, financial management and tax collection, governance, municipal by-laws, land management, public safety, and the maintenance of infrastructure such as water and sewer systems, roads, and municipal buildings.
